Our first Off The Record podcasts series, developed from panels at Edinburgh’s Off The Record event in 2018. Each podcast aims to provide introductory knowledge to varying areas of the music industry.

 

In episode three of the Off The Record Podcast Chris Beltran (DF Concerts) and Matt Belcher (Sneaky Pete's) discuss the best practices for getting, organising and promoting gigs. They look at approaching promoters, promotion once you have a gig, fees, creating a community & tips for putting on your own gigs.

Episode one looks at the most effective ways of getting your music into the media.
